Recently i mailed some of my friends to ask their opinion regarding this topic, and you know what i received more replies and some replies impressed me and some like " Okay, i think you have no problem with it" and some shocked me like "You need a psychiatric dude...gosh"....ha,ha,ha but anyhow everyone has their own reason why they don't like to read....

But for the same thing with many reason....but by this i can conclude a one thing that no one can decline, that human will give millions of reasons for a thing that they lazy and hate to do, am i right? - THUMBS UP AND CLICK LIKE- if you're saying yes

Alright, let me come to the topic again, from that many mails from my friends i've picked one for your reference, Where he says: "i like to ready comedy or fun or sex jokes hua hua hua nt sure since when but like it..."...i was like "For heaven sake...because of you nowadays even a 90year old nanny been raped...gosh" ...ha,ha,ha....see like i said...reason...for the thing you don't like..wait...it's not the conclusion for this topic....carry on..reading this...

Well, you may be redirected from anywhere to here and now you are reading it, do you know why?, maybe you didn't realize or maybe some of the reasons that I've mention in Scratch 1....But if you've read until here it means you are trying to get something or maybe you are trying to find out what's really in here am i right? see like i said in Scratch 1.

Alright there's another case that i want to share with you guys where i asked about the same topic to my another brother and he says this: "in my view it depends on many reason...in the situation that we have to...like for exams, as a time pass, as a hobby or even a craze as following a author...but for me it all depends on my mood bro...reading should happen wen i am not tied up wit something else...like wen I'm online i dun prefer to read a long article bro...so reading is my kinda' thing which is influenced by my mood n situation..."

- Alright to make it simple he also depends on mood...and don't like to read article online so most probably if i revealed his any personal info in here i think he won't realize it..ha,ha,ha....anyhow, so this case needs own self motivation...

So far according to my research Depends on Mood is major reason that given by peoples....

Even a kindergarten student knows that reading gives a lot of knowledge but why they don't want....Not only the students even a grown man too hates to read..

According to a research in Malaysia that; Malaysians read increasingly less as they grew older. By the age of 50, for example, only 20% of Malaysians would still continue to read books, a drop from 40% (a figure which is already pathetic) from those in the mid-twenties to thirties age group.

I have took this statistic somewhere in the web that says about how many book in a year one citizen reads...in the countries that listed in below:

* Mexico: 0.5 books per year
* Chile: 1 book per year
* Thailand: 2 books per year
* Philippines: 3 books per year (interestingly, the Bible accounted two-thirds of the type of materials read)
* USA: 5 books per year (1 in 4 Americans never read a book, but for those who do read, the average number of books they read per year is 7, an average of 5 for males and 9 for females)
* Japan: 10 books per year
* France: 10 books per year
* Canada: 17 books per year


Information, Communication and Culture Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Rais Yatim, recently said that “Reading has become an enveloping habit for Malaysians with most reading an average of eight to twelve books per year.” If what was said by the Datuk is true than this would make us one of the most well read people in the world! Could this wonderful news be true?

As they say: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Alright, that's only for your general knowledge, see like i told you, if you read you can gain knowledge, see, now you have read about what happened in our country about reading...Come on be honest with your self; and think do you really know about this before??...if not, then you already know how did you know it now...

Owh....Please don't tell me that you just only knows the Information, Communication and Culture Minister's name...If it is, then you need more general knowledge, and you know what to do...i mean where to gain knowledge....YOU NEED TO READ buddy....ha,ha,ha....

I think i didn't get the proper reason or answer for this topic, so this topic will continue...
Until then people what you need to do is try to ask your friends about this topic i mean "WHY PEOPLE DON'T LIKE TO READ" you suppose to ask them "do you like to read/if do why...if not why?" then send me what they says, the best one will be discussed in the next SCRATCH....

PART 1

WHY PEOPLE HATES TO READ

I really hate those who hate to read actually....

but why do they hate to read???

Well i asked the same question to one of my little brother and He has a fantastic reason: "It depends hat i read, if i like the topic i will read more than 3 or 4 times...." and when asked my another little brother, and his reason piss me off and it's a great reason actually: "I will only read if i got mood"....

You won't believe me, i have brought a novel and my brother who read when he have the mood borrowed the book from me....Where the book contains about 500pages of novel which based on true story...
He shows some interest when i explain some of the chapters....it took like 3months after that he gave me back the book, i was like..."WOW, you really show you're interested" but he gave me an statement when he gives back the book that he was only able to make it about the half of the book then he lost mood to carry on.....
ha,ha,ha....This time i was like "WHATTTTTTT!!!!!!!!the "H"", but i was glad because he speaks the truth and i was able to made an conclusion on that:

-Some reads when they have mood.
-Some reads when they like the topic.
-Some reads because they do like to read.
-Some reads because they forced sometimes and it became a habit.
-Some reads only when they have to.
-Some reads to gain knowledge.

There's more variety of readers actually;

Some will not read a novel but they'll read the daily posted comics in newspaper, without realizing that there's no different that reading the comic in a newspaper that published a series for a year sometimes is equal to read a novel from part to part.

Sometimes some don't like to read articles but without realizing they'll read the magazines about cars/gadgets and some more...What is so much different with the one you reads and the article....?

This one is a inspiration case, where they will not read any novels or anything, but they love to watch movies.......Come on people what is so much different movies are from the written script...
And in this case there's another type which is when they watch the movies which based on novel or based on a true story, they will find the article online to read and they will find the book to read, I really can't understand this case...Because they are remarkable....and i think this type of peoples are very much few....But it's a good attitude actually, if you ask me.

And the worst that i have met is my colleague....I used to bring him sometimes to the book store, he never want's to look look even at the book's contents and his reason, he'll only read the books with few pages such as 20 or 30 pages...I was really shocked at the first time...then i count him in my research that this is also an type of people who hates reading....

This one can be said my hostel mates, if you ask me what case is this guys are, is like you tell them the summary of the story and never tells the full story...when i leave it like that they turn like a zombie...starved for the info, and they started to read that novel..day by day their interest started to grow more in reading they spend about half an hour a day to read after that it turns 1hour then 2 and now they have complete about 5books of the SAGA OF DARREN SHAN in just a month....So if i summarize this case SOME PEOPLE NEED TO BE MOTIVATED at the same time the material i mean if it's a novel the power of the AUTHORS words also plays an important role to turn someone to be his fan....

Believe me the first novel that i read is totally turns my path to reading and writing...By my own experience i find out that not all the Authors has that power to do it.....But the author of my first read book has that......And i still thank him for that.....

What is life is all about....???

a pain,message,hope,meaning,lesson,experience,love,survival??? what it is.....

Is that a three monkey which closes its eyes,mouth and ears explains all this??

Or a love between a mother and the child will do it???

Or a person with disease will able to explain it???

If i forgive someone will it gives me the answer???

Will i get the answer if i pray to the god??

Will a mother knows the answer when she gives birth of her first child???

Will i get to know it if i sleep and wake tomorrow or how about if i didn't....Will i ???

Well my list is infinity.....

I have read alot of self enrichment books and went for inspiration talks....but what i got there is someone else experience.......how can i accept others experience
as mine....Is that what we call experience...i should experience it...that's what we call a experience....

What am i doing now....writing this without knowing why...Is that what we call faith/destiny???

The best part is i don't even know why am i posting this in here...it's my pen work actually...
its my self enrichment materials....see...i really don't understand....
But what i do understand is everything is happening for a reason....

WHO IS DOING THIS ALL???
WHY THERE SHOULD BE A REASON..??

I Know There Should Be A Reason But How Fool I Am, Can Say That Without Knowing That Reason.....???

Probably You Get Bored/Started Thinking Of My Questions/Says: Did He Mad...Or Something..../Maybe Some Never Thought To Think About These....

But Whatever.....It's some of my questions to ask...but i have no idea to whom...if anyone out there who have the same thought or feel...Just drop something here at least i'll know there someone which has the same ques running in mind....maybe you'll have chances for something good..
